Took my vehicle to Horners yesterday for brakes all around. Lorne was such a nice guy. I could tell that he is well respected by his clientele. Since my vehicle is no longer under warranty I did not want to be married to the dealership anymore. So glad that my neighbours recommended him!

Got stranded, I had it towed 1.4 km to Horner's. Don't know any mechanics around here so I Googled the ones in the area of napanee. They had it fixed 24 hours after they found it parked in their parking lot, turn around time was excellent and the vehicle seems to work better. Of course vehicles love money and always seem to work better after you throw a substantial amount at them, placebo effect maybe. Am I going to them again? Yeah the price was right around what I expected so I don't think you can go wrong choosing them especially with how fast they responded. 5/5 for me that's for sure.

As a licenced but retired tech I still do most of my vehicle maintenance. I have used Horner's twice for air conditioning work and they have been excellent.They understand budget and work in a way that shows they respect a customer's wishes. Always have had really good experiences with Lorne and his staff. Highly recommend them!
