New to the area and needed some pretty major repairs to our vehicle. Found Access Auto, crossed our fingers, and took it in.First off, super friendly service, they actually listened to what we thought was wrong with the car without rolling their eyes or being condescending. Bring a woman, I get that a lot... even though I worked at an auto repair shop for a few years.The vehicle was repaired correctly the first time (had issues with other vehicles at other shops needing multiple trips to "figure out" the issue) at a reasonable rate.The diagnostic is sent to you to see what is wrong and everything is above the board so you can make an informed decision.Would absolutely...read full review

Super impressed and thankful for the assistance given by everyone at Access Automotive. I've had my car in for repair recently and felt that prices and promptness were stellar. I'm especially keen on their transparency, letting me know what is wrong with my car and documenting with pictures and quotes before the service is complete. Those extra efforts didn't go unnoticed and made me feel confident with the process that for me, can be nerve-wracking.10 out of 10 recommend Access Auto and its competent team of technicians.
