I got Ruban’s contact information from my realtor, and from the very start (after getting a quote from another bigger box company) I knew Ruban was the man for the job. He takes incredible pride in his company, and his work ethic, knowledge and experience shine when he provides a no BS upfront opinion on what is required to treat your water. He took the time to fully answer any questions I had, and is clearly a wealth of knowledge perfecting his craft over the years. From the start I felt like I was in good hands.
His response time is excellent, and once it was time to start the installation, he had his two sons out. The Apple does not fall far from the tree there as they both showed a customer first approach that you just don’t see these days - they were both so knowledgeable and professional, and even when having to work along side some other trades people I had, they took the time to introduce themselves, and come up with a game plan that suited both companies, it was impressive and inspiring to see that that kind of business exists still.
I really can’t say enough about the actual installation - we had an Iron filtration, water softener and UV system installed and these guys did THE CLEANEST install ever….they ran the lines exactly like I wanted, and did the installation as if it were there own house.
