Danielle saved our Christmas! I had bought a kit for my husband, as he had been interested in making wine, for Christmas a mth before so it would be ready in time. My HUSBAND WENT IN TO ENQUIRE after I had been in! Yikes, Danielle stayed pro and didn't give away the surprise, the wine was/is delicious and my hubby was so surprised! Amazing Product, Amazing Service, Amazing Staff!
While I do not have a water system from elite I do purchase my water there and have heard the conversations with customers and can say the customer service is definitely elite . I also purchased two wine sets which Danielle made up for me for Christmas and they were fantastic and a great value much exceeded my expectations , such a seamless and wonderful experience .
