We moved to Mount Forest four years ago and immediately my truck broke down. We were referred to Cooks by a local fire captain / former tow operator. Since, my wife has dealt with Cooks direct for her vehicle with oil, tires, emergency maintenance, etc. I let my wife deal directly but was always involved in the background to ensure pricing and service was appropriate for the task(s) at hand. If I could, I'd give 10/5 stars and my wife would do the same. They took her vehicle immediately one morning when we had low oil pressure issues. Cannot recommend enough. I had to get my brakes done for a road trip and they were able to accommodate the tight timeline. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and told that they could get all my car work done that same day. When I received the bill, it was much lower than what I was quoted in the city for the same work. The manager was also able to get some parts for free because they were under warranty. I see the value in supporting small business and love that this business is honest and appreciates its customers. I will definitely be back.Service: Brakes

Great garage that is locally owned and operated and will go over and above to ensure you have a positive customer experience! The mechanics are honest, extremely knowledgeable and hardworking. I had my car safetied here and they did it in a timely fashion and even lent me a vehicle to complete my errands during the afternoon- I love small businesses like this.
