After a long drive to Stratford, ON, our tire pressure light came on. The service people got us in immediately and found that our right front tire had a bulge in the sidewall. They immediately ordered a replacement for us and changed the tire two days later in 18 minutes.

I was travelling North on hwy 23 when my pickup truck lost a serpentine belt as a result of an idler pulley bearing failure . My misfortune turned to good fortune when I limped my vehicle into JMS automotive. The courteous and professional staff diagnosed my vehicular problem, acquired and installed the necessary parts and had me back on the road in a fast and expediant manner. We live in London but grew up in Monkton. We were travelling to Cape Croker with our travel trailer at 3pm on a Friday. We started hearing a strange noise coming from our front tire and after some discussion, made it into Mitchell and pulled up to JMS. After pleading our case, JMS stepped up. They rearranged their schedule to fit us in. On a Friday afternoon. It turned out to be nothing serious and we were on our way in no time.They never charged us! We took a precious hour out of Friday afternoon and they never charged us!We are tempted to bring our vehicles to JMS from London. We never would have got such amazing service in the city.
