We have many groomers in our neighborhood so selecting one was hard. I decided to go with Winston and Friendz and have not regretted it! I used the online booking system to get a fast appointment. The facility is clean and spacious and the staff are amazing - very friendly and accommodating. This is our second visit and we are very happy with our little Fizzy's grooming!

Great experience! The kennel is reasonably priced, clean, and well‑ventilated, and I appreciated the regular updates. Staff were very caring and gave my anxious dog personalized attention, which meant a lot since he’s never stayed away from family before and had been refused elsewhere. He was well cared for, and I felt he was safe with big and small dogs kept separate. I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.

We have been bringing our dog Zuma for a few years now for overnight boarding when we go on vacations. She LOVES it here! She is always excited to come, comes home happy and clean. We drive all the way from Niagara to Mississauga just to board her here. We have tried many other kennels in our area but she always comes out shaking and terrified so we always come back to Winston and friend with her. We are also very happy with the owner and the staff, they always are friendly and welcoming and accommodating. I highly recommend them for all your pet needs :)

Brought Fred in because our regular groomer is on sick leave. It was more money than I usually pay but we are so happy with his cut! Exactly what we were hoping for. Staff is very friendly and had him done in two hours. We will definitely go back again!
