Ivi is extremely professional and highly knowledgeable about what is best for my hair. She performed a consultation on my hair before she started the service and ensured that all of my questions are answered, especially it was my first try on balayage. Ivi also provided good advice on the hair colors that would suit my skintone. I did not regret trusting Ivi and happy that I found this gem. Highly recommended and I will be back.
This was my first time on Ivolve, she did amazing. She was so sweet and gentle and showing me the process of each steps, at the same time she was making assure that I was comfortable and asking my opinion. I love my haircut so much and at last she also showed me how to style my bangs. Definitely gonna come again❤️.
