The service is here is horrible find another company if your looking to book for moving services. They make no exceptions or look out for the customers interest. I booked in more then a month in advance for a service for a long distance move. They take a deposit contacted them to see if they could provide an exception of the circumstance as I found out later that my moving costs are covered through work. I emailed them called them no one there knows anything about providing a legitimate service. Never mentioned a credit for another date to use their services, no consideration on working people how many hrs does it take to work for a paycheck that is 200 dollars. Don't... read full review

Horrible company. Called to use the service they said they booked us for Thursday and Friday but when we called today(Wednesday) they said we are not booked and would not accommodate us at all. Spoke to the manager on the phone and he was rude, and unprofessional. Would not own up to mistakes his company made, and Had a very disrespectful tone . They said when booking if they had any problems that they would call us but did not so assuming and putting trust that they said it would be booked we waited for Wednesday because they said they would call to let us know what time they’d be coming the following day and the manager would do nothing at all about it.
