I used Toronto Roof Repairs for a minor roof repair plus an eavestrough cleaning. Stan came out and did the job and all was perfect including before and after pictures! Stan was very knowledgeable. Vanessa in the office was great and super responsive. Stan came out the day after I called Vanessa. I would highly recommend Toronto Roof Repairs based upon my excellent experience with them. The prices were fair!

This company was introduced to me from someone who identified that I had a few shingles missing on my roof that needed immediate repair so I quickly googled their name to find many excellent reviews. From the first call with Vanessa to Stan and his team coming and did above and beyond repair (for the same price quoted!), this is truly an honest and reliable company. I will definitely recommend them to close family and friends.

We've been using their services since we moved to our home in Toronto. Vanessa and Stan are great people. Customer service is key to them. Most importantly, Stan is able to repair and fix our issues with a fair price (we've compared quite a few before our first service with them, they only target your true problem, and not inventing non existing problems).

They installed a roof vent into my garage, not the kitchen attic behind the garage as requested. The installer did not even mention his error, but completed the job and left. I was not home. When I questioned the office person, he blamed me for the wrong installation location stating that I had approved the location when he sent a picture of the roof with a circle marked on it. I assumed it was an approximate location and repeated that it was for the roof attic behind the garage. He also said that the installer would not have known that he was installing into the garage roof. Unbelievable that he cannot tell the difference between an attic and a garage when he cut a hole in the roof!
The sales company that recommended Toronto Roof Repairs agreed with me that I should be compensated, but Toronto Roof Repairs refused again.
Also, they replaced 2 bathroom exhaust vents. Afterwards, one of the bathroom fans did not operate. They also claimed that it was not their fault and would not offer to check.
Very unethical and untrustworthy. Given the great reviews that were posted, I trusted them to do the job. Very disappointed. I would not recommend due to how they treated and dealt with the above issues.

From start to finish a great experience with this company. Estimate was lower than competitors. They provided detailed photos of the roof before and after doing the repair. Communication Vanessa at the office was excellent. The work was done properly and were very friendly and clean. The same man who came to perform the estimate was the one who did the work. (No subcontractors!) I see why they have 5 stars and I am glad I went with them.
