“I had my first float session and it was an amazing experience. I would highly recommend for folks who workout and lift weights for spine/neck alignment. There was no pressure on the body for an hour and my body felt like it is aligned with the natural gravity of the earth. I hate my soft mattress now 😁 I will plan to go once/twice a month for the float session.”
