Overall a very smooth experience with our drain cleaning. The plumber arrived on time, explained everything clearly before starting, and left the place clean. No stress, no surprises on the bill — just solid, professional work.
I had a hot water tank issue, with no hot water. Called Superior Plumbing and they were here the next day. Explained the issue and installed a new water heater the next morning. End result they are very reliable and all the technicians and the installers of the new water heater were very helpful and explained in detail what they did. Excellent and friendly service. Well done, thank you Superior.
Called them for an emergency (leaking pipe). Their quick response was much appreciated. Cedric did the repairs. A man of few words but ultimate efficiency and professionalism - exactly what you want. Top notch work, and left the place cleaner than when he arrived. A deserved 5 stars.
