I had a very positive experience contacting Paul at Stain Protection Services to treat my new sofa and love seat. Paul scheduled our appointment a few days after I contacted him, arrived on time, did a very thorough job of treating the furniture and provided the explanation of how to use the stain remover products that he provided as part of the service. I have light blue upholstery and Paul gave it ample protection to help avoid any future stains. I recently had a spill on one of the sofa cushions that resulted in a \\\"halo\\\" type of stain after I tried to clean it myself. Paul did an outstanding job teaching me about the product being used before using it on my couches. He made sure I understood how it worked and was comfortable with the entire process! Having little kids I knew protecting my new white couches were a must! He is very passionate about what he does and is eager to help in anyway possible. He also supplied me with a stain removal kit for future use if any accidents were to happen! I love how he put together a tutorial so that I was able to see first hand how the product works. Great service. Paul is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. He takes extra care to make sure every possible area of the furniture is protected. Area cleaned up very well after completion. I highly recommend him.
