We purchased flooring and wall tiles for our kitchen and entrance passage way. Our sales associate was Sam. The tiles delivered did not exactly match the sample on display. So we informed Sam and he took it back without much fuss. He took the trouble to arrange for a refund and we received the entire amount in full for the first purchase. He is professional and knowledgeable, warm and considerate to all client needs. We then purchased different tiles and received them in a timely manner and we were happy with this batch.
