Five stars all the way!
If you are looking for premium floor finishes, this is the definitive place to go.
I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Sam, who went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I needed for my project. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, but his customer service is unmatched.
He even hooked me up with a fantastic discount that made a huge difference for my budget. Genuine service and competitive pricing are rare these days, but Sam delivers both.
I’ll definitely be a returning customer! Thank you Sam👍
We purchased flooring and wall tiles for our kitchen and entrance passage way. Our sales associate was Sam. The tiles delivered did not exactly match the sample on display. So we informed Sam and he took it back without much fuss. He took the trouble to arrange for a refund and we received the entire amount in full for the first purchase. He is professional and knowledgeable, warm and considerate to all client needs. We then purchased different tiles and received them in a timely manner and we were happy with this batch. We will definitely recommend this place for all your flooring/tile needs
