Very unique experience, traditional and authentic. Can feel a bit claustrophobic but also intimate. The saunas are wonderful. The cold plunge is the centre of social action. Lots of wonderful Eastern European liquors at the restaurant. The presumably Russian staff is helpful and friendly.

I visited the spa for the first time on weekend with my girls. The service was amazing and prompt. Especially shout out to the girl at the reception. She was very welcoming and presented smile throughout! Would vist again.

This place is absolutely incredible! It felt like a little vacay to a spa resort right here in the city. And the food was authentic and so delicious, I couldn't recommend it enough! My new favorite gem, I'll definitely be coming again. 💆

My Friends and I Had a great experience at South Western Bathhouse this past Sunday. The front desk team was super friendly and welcoming right from the start which made a big difference. The amenities were really clean and well kept, and everything just felt relaxing and easy to enjoy. Definitely a spot I’d come back to and recommend 👍

Great place, been a bunch of times, but is your blonde receptionist okay? I don’t think I’ve ever come across anyone more miserable.
No hello when I walked in, just a dirty look. Asked for an extra towel later on and she looked at me like I asked for her to donate a kidney. Getting an emotional cold plunge with every front desk interaction.
Everyone else is great, just hopefully next time she isn’t there or someone reminds her customers are the reason this place exists.
