I like coming here when I’m looking for a wide range of herbs, perennials, annuals, vegetables, fruits, trees, shrubs and everything else under the sun. It’s also nearby so it only takes a few minutes to drive over there. Staff is experienced enough to help me find what I’m looking for. Inside, they have tons of indoor plants, decorative pots, garden Knick knacks and the like.
Helpful staff, great overall variety of plants. The plants all look healthy too. I do wish they carried more variety with their annuals and perennial flower flats. Lots of individual pots of plants but not much variety for filling large spreads with plants.
Sheridan Nurseries is my absolute sanctuary in Mississauga. As a passionate home gardener, I find myself here almost every other weekend during the spring and summer. The quality of their perennials and annuals is consistently top-notch - my garden has never looked better! I also love their selection of organic herbs; it’s wonderful to have fresh basil and rosemary right on my kitchen windowsill for my weekend cooking and baking. It’s a very family-friendly environment too; my children love seeing the seasonal displays & the staff are always so patient and knowledgeable when I have questions about plant care.
