I was looking forward to a fourth summer of hanging my ShadeFx awning on my pergola for the season - when much to my dismay I discovered that the lead carrier was 'stuck'. A closer look revealed that the wheel bearings had deteriorated... so I made a call to Shade Fx. I was put through to the service department where they quickly organized a replacement part to be sent out to me by courier, along with a 'tool' for spreading the track to remove the damaged part and replace it with the new one.
