The owner Robert is a great guy and will definitely stick to his word. I went in to install some modifications to my car (a service they don't usually provide) and he walked me through how he could get it done, along with the calculation of price. The price is reasonable, given the body shop market, and everything was installed correctly. They even gave my tires a good wash after!

I wanted to wait a couple weeks before writing this review to make sure the problem wouldn't just return quickly after service. John was so great to deal with. I called, letting him know I had a few things i wanted to take care of on the body of the car (preventative measures) and that there was an immediate issue with my driver's side door. He said to come right in... He checked it out, quickly repaired the door in the parking lot, and when I asked what the cost was, he graciously offered a good faith gesture of a Google review and return business for the other repairs. I have a feeling the price for the other minor repairs will be reasonable and I'm happy to do business...read full review

I was truly impressed with the service, quality of work and the fair price. We had some damage on the back door of our Audi. After shopping around, Robert gave us the best price by far. We were also given a loaner car while our car was being repaired which was a bonus. Overall we had an amazing experience dealing with Robert. He’s a friendly, positive guy who keeps his word; highest quality of work at a fair price. It’s a family owned business and they really make you feel welcome. Thanks again Seneca Auto Body
