Frustrating company. They are holding my daughter's damaged car, and I have called them 40 times over the past 2 days. 1/4 of the time, they do not bother picking up the phone when you call. The other times they put you through to somebody, but all you get is voicemail. You leave a message, and they never call you back. You finally talk to someone, and he asks you to call him back in 10 minutes, then he is too busy to take your return call.Update: 3 days later: I finally managed to get someone to return my call. We then went to visit the shop and were treated well when we were there in person. For this reason, I raise my rating from 1-star to 3-star. Recommendation:...read full review

Kelvin was extremely supportive, helpful and a thorough professional in handling our car after a minor accident and needed repairs. He explained everything in detail and most importantly consoled us during this difficult time that we were enduring due to the accident.He got our car fixed to the original look using genuine parts.
