Upon completing a roof inspection I received 46 pictures detailing the wear, tear and damage to my roof. The inspector answered all my questions regarding the upcoming replacement.
The work was preformed on schedule by a very polite and competent crew including a very thorough clean up afterwards.
I was very impressed with the entire process and the people that I dealt with from this company both at the head office and on site.
I would highly recommend this company as I found them to be one of the most professional contractors that I have ever dealt with.
Beware of this company, they were hired by our insurance company's restoration team, Ridgeline representative Ben forced us to do a roof test for repairing our membrane, telling us that it needed to be done to determine the cost of repairing a membrane flat roof for $950.00. After test was done, no response from Ben, suddenly we received a replacement cost for the roof, not repair for a crazy amount. We hired another roofing company to see if they could repair the problem, they did it for less than the cost of Ridgeline test at $950.00. Honestly, these guys came out to do a roof repair, and said there is no step flashing and counter flashing. I go up with another roofer and easily see there is indeed step flashing and counterflashing. These guys are joke.
