this was my first time having a storage. The staff was very great at communication, they reply to emails fast and answer every call. Never had any issue. The storage I had was 10x10. Sometimes I struggled to pay on time. But if you communicate and explain sometimes they can try to figure something out for you. I really appreciated that. I spoke mostly to Sergio and Zach, they are both great and will almost always have a solution or would let me know what my options were. Def worth the money they made sure my things were safe!!!
