My stylist was very knowledgeable and took the time to really understand what I was looking for in a haircut. She made suggestions based on my face shape and hair type, which I really appreciated. Throughout the appointment, she checked in with me to make sure that I was happy with the progress and provided tips for styling and maintaining my new haircut. I went to Rana's hair studio for three services - balayage, haircut and treatment. She was absolutely wonderful from the moment I stepped into the salon, which was also super clean and cozy.She really listened to what i wanted and also really accomodated what I had in mind. I fell IN LOVE with the end result!! Walked out feeling like a million bucks. Thank you Rana for such an amazing experience, and being super professional.Rana really knows what she is doing, my hair has never looked better! 100% recommended.Service: Hair coloring

Even after checking the price before booking the appointment for a hair cut and hair Color. I was told on arriving that it’s only trimming that can be done in that price not a full layers hair cut. Then why not mention it while I was booking the appointment, I might not have booked it. I didn’t agree for it and told her that we decided on the price before booking the appointment. she agreed to go ahead considering I’ve been there twice before. the hair colour was done nicely and I don’t complain about that but the hair cut wasnt even proper hair trimming. The scissors were only used to cut the length short a little bit no layers no styling nothing. not even the regular drying of the hair was done properly. Infact she had left the hair wet completely, it’s only when I told her that can you dry the hair , she did it a little bit. My hair looks the same as they were before apart from the colouring. It was a sheer disappointment. when you agree on a price beforehand what’s the point of negotiating after the customer has arrived there and then try to do your minimal in that price making a fool out of a customer. I was also told that I can’t blow dry in this price, I was ok with it. but she didn’t even bother drying the hair fully. I asked very clearly while booking the appointment that what’s the price she is charging for a hair cut and partial highlights. She very clearly told me it’s $90 plus taxes. if the price is low for you for these services, then why was this price confirmed in the first place. I Ended up paying $116 for service not up to the mark at all. P.S- reading the other reviews I notice that the treatment is different for people getting more services done. But this doesn’t mean that you leave the service incomplete for a person going for basic services , it’s a price confirmed by you after all. this was my last time here. and I have to say this that it was only after I came back home I realised it after I checked my hair properly. she does a descent job with hair cuts otherwise , but this time it was a total waste of money as it felt like, it was a deliberate attempt to not give 100%.Service: Hairstyling

I booked highlights/balayage, hair cut and style with Rana and I was very satisfied!I usually don’t get my hair done because I had lots of poor stylists before and never get the colour I want, but I showed Rana the picture and she did exactly what I wanted! She did not take too long, was professional, and had a very cute private studio! Best of all very reasonable price can’t wait to get my next appointment with you! Thank you for the great work!
