Excellent experience at Prelude salon. This was my first time at Prelude (I was recommended by a friend) and from the moment I stepped into the salon, everyone greeted me so warmly. I then met with my stylist Sam; she took the time to listen to me as I described what I wanted done with my hair, then took her time to achieve my style. She made sure to check-in with me along the way to ensure I was liking the cut. After I went home, I realized that I needed a touch-up on the layers, and Sam gladly welcomed me back within a few days to make the adjustments to my layers. I’m super happy with the work done by Sam! My hair looks so great the cut is exactly what I wanted ! I’ve had a hard time trusting other hair salons due to my hair being longer than others. But she did a great job everything is even and I love how my little curtain bang style turned out. She also touched up my neon green hair too which was super awesome and did a great job with that! Everyone was very friendly and I was offered a cappuccino while I waited for my colour (WHICH TASTED SOO GOOD) Will for sure be returning again! Thank you Sam and staff great to meet everyone!

I went to see Sam to have highlights and a cut. Been trying to grow out my reddish ends and with highlights she blended the colour really well. Sam is bubbly, friendly and engaging. It was very clean, bathroom clean, easy access and lots of parking. The salon was easy to find.
