I have been trying for 3 days now to get my prescription renewed but my doctor is never actually in, so she can’t approve the renewal. I called yesterday, the receptionist was rude seemingly blaming me for not calling a week prior to me running out, yet no one communicated that I needed to do that, and I have never done this before so I would have no way of knowing. She was incredibly rude and needs to learn how to talk to patients. My doctor is either always on vacation, or she’s got the day off.
