Having made the rounds with numerous physio therapists while dealing with various basketball injuries over the years (torn ACL, 4 knee operations and a 5th culminating with knee replacement, along with related sciatic and leg issues, and more recently a torn Achilles), Abbey at POW is at the top of the list and one of the very best.

I had been dealing with a knee injury and had previously attended other physiotherapy clinics but unfortunately did not get the results I was hoping for. After working with Alan Nolet at this clinic I finally started to see results.
Alan took the time to understand my concerns, explain the treatment clearly and provide personal care and stretching exercises that made a difference. I am very pleased with my progress and the results.

I have known Alan since 2004 when I came in with severe back/sciatica pain. Alan was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my recovery. He took the time to listen to my issues, explained the diagnosis clearly, and gave me a personalized home exercise plan.
Most recently he’s been treating me for my hip/neck pain. I have noticed real improvement in my mobility and the pain has improved significantly.
