Renee was amazing and our family is so thankful for her hard work and her going above and beyond. I was nervous as a first time puppy owner. We have a 10 week old Yorkie. She educated and advised me and took Winston in on a day off to isolate and give him the one on one service required. She is so knowledgeable, skilled and kind. Winston can’t wait to go back! This pet grooming salon is absolutely awesome! I love the lady owner — she’s so friendly and bubbly that I felt like I’d known her for years. She does an amazing job with my pet every time we visit.
My dog Lucy is extra large, sensitive, and sometimes a bit aggressive, but the owner handled her with such care and patience. She managed to calm Lucy down and finish the grooming perfectly without cutting any corners.
I’m giving her five stars for her outstanding service and the warm way she treated both me and Lucy. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for great pet grooming and genuine care!
