Kim, the owner, helped me outfit her with a great harness and assisted me bathing her by distracting her with treats and kind words. What a heart of gold she has by taking the time out of her busy day to lend a helping hand. I am beyond appreciative and thankful. This store is clean, well-stocked and it was easy to find parking. My absolute favourite Pet Valu location. The employees are super nice & also know their stuff! I'd been struggling to find the right diet for my senior dog ever since he started having digestive issues and Nicole's recommendations really helped him out:)

Best Pet Valu in the city! They're so good to their customers, they remember every face, and they're passionate about rescues! This is the only Pet Valu I'll go to. Such a great experience ♡
