Regularly come here to use the dog wash. It's always clean, everything is generally in great working order (sinks, dryers) and well stocked with shampoo and conditioner. And my dog always gets a treat from the friendly staff that work here! If there are a few small things I need to pick up for my dog they generally have an option. They have plenty of dog food and snack options, even a small raw section.
Wow first impression is everything, I went to the store today, to get a new harness for my puppy Jessie. When walking into the store, the staff, were very friendly and welcoming. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the product selection, and with getting the right harness for Jessie. They also helped me do a dog tag on the machine. Great customer service, love the friendly welcoming atmosphere. This store is very clean and well stocked. I know my go to place for all my puppy needs.

Here’s a little background: my baby @Range Rover was unwell for two days with loose motions and uncomfortable stomach cramps. We had to take him out at least 12-15 times.
At 5:30 p.m., I decided to give him a good wash so he felt fresh and comfortable. I reached Petvalu at 5:45 p.m., and they were supposed to close in 15 minutes, but they still accepted my request and allowed me to wash my boy....read full review
