While offloading a hot trailer, my truck rental fell off of my keychain and into the trailer. After looking for a while i have determined that it had to be in trailer but driver had left 30mins ago. I contact them. Within 30mins they got me connected to the driver so i could make plans to retrieve key... I'm really grateful for their assistance
