After my basement was flooded due to a devastating water heater busted, my insurance company hired Renotown Hamilton to handle fixing my basement. From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded every expectation and that is entirely thanks to our Project Manager, Hamzah- he really get the job done and go above and beyond and his team at Renotown Hamilton.
Like many in Toronto, one of our properties was impacted by the January 2026 winter storm. Soni, Shabbir, Laura, and the rest of the ONT Restoration team did an excellent job mitigating the water damage, and repairing the interior. Thanks again for all your help!
We had a great experience with Ontario Restoration. Shabir was amazing—very professional, careful, and detail-oriented. We had a flood in the building and were quite stressed, but they made the whole process much easier for us. The work was done very cleanly and with great care, making sure nothing else was damaged.
