worked with Zaid at Nuovo Engineering for a downtown house on bathurst street in toronto. it was termite infested and we had to replace or double up the joists and supports in the basement. his engineering drawings, permits and letter to the tenants helped complete the project. price was reasonable. flexible, good communication, and fast.

Zaid at Nuovo Engineering is professional, communicative and responsive. He completed the drawings for our house and submitted the application for a permit for our sunroom. The whole process was stress-free. Zaid completed all the steps for us. All we had to do was tell him our plan and he did the rest. Once the permit was approved, he explained the drawings and how construction needed to be done. Nuovo Engineering is an honest company, quality work and reasonably priced.
