I initially had a disappointing experience with my Shellac manicure, as the polish started peeling and chipping within a week, which is not what I would expect from a Shellac service.
However, I would like to appreciate Phoenix for her excellent customer service and professionalism. She requested me to come back to the salon, listened patiently to my concerns, and took the time to fix my nails. She was very understanding, patient, and genuinely cared about making things right.

Went to Not Nails today for their deluxe pedicure and honestly had such a good experience. Everything was super clean and relaxing, and the staff were really sweet and attentive. They took their time and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. My pedicure turned out so nice and the massage part was probably my favorite. I left feeling so refreshed. Definitely one of the better nail salon experiences I’ve had in a while. Would 100% go back!
Went for an appointment and was immediately greeted warmly. Ladies who did our nails were so friendly and welcoming, and the service was great. Nails turned out exactly like the inspo picture I gave, and the one who did my nails kept fixing the design to make it look as nice as possible which I appreciated. Overall, amazing experience and would come back again!
