This was last summer and despite how hectic things were schedule-wise on their end, they took us in with open arms and were extremely prompt with servicing my vehicle.
Trustworthy, honest, and thorough. Again, it was a used car so it needed a LOT of work, to say the least. Once we brought the car in, Kevin was very efficient - just by looking at it, he gave us a run down then and there. He was clear and transparent about what jobs needed to be done, different case scenarios, different options, and laid down what was to be expected in terms of the rates for new parts & labour. I took my car in last month for an oil change and brake inspection, and everything went smoothly. The shop is in a small plaza unit on Mavis Road, with a clean waiting area and organized bays visible from the front. The mechanic was straightforward, showed me the brake pads to explain the wear, and didn't suggest anything unnecessary. Work was done quickly while I waited, and the pricing felt fair. Parking is easy right outside in the lot, and the location is convenient near major roads. Reliable place for honest auto repairs.

Two months ago, I had my brakes replaced here. I forgot the technician’s name, but after the replacement, the brakes started making a strange noise, which left me a bit unsatisfied. Today, I came back and spoke with Eric about the issue. He was very polite and professional, immediately offered to take a look, and spent about an hour cleaning all the parts and reassembling the brakes. The noise is completely gone now! Really appreciate Eric’s attitude and the way he helped fix a problem that had been bothering me for two months.
