Very calming experience. Initially my breathing was almost a panicked state but after a minute or two I was able to calm down. Don't forget to breath as you will become completely content in the floatation tank. Your heart rate will plumet to a restful state due to the parasympathetic state that you will achieve due to lack of gravity, light and sound. You can fully control the sound and light. The breathing rate will go from your normal rate of 15-20 breaths per minute to about 2 to 3 breaths per minute. If only we can always maintain this state of existence in our daily lives. Midnight Sun is a fabulous tanning and wellness spot in Mississauga. The owner Eric is super personable and informative. The tanning beds and float tanks are very clean and well done.
I went in earlier in the week and there was a woman working at the front who wasn't the friendliest character, but I think thats an anomaly at this place and this can be remedied.
