Daniella was absolutely amazing with my partners non verbal son. He was very scared and she was so kind, patient and did her job with great professionalism. We will be going back there each time a hair cut is needed because of her!

Yvonne was lovely. Bubbly, entertaining and most of all preciseFirst hair cut, Absolute success!!Book ahead as it was easy and seamless, walked in and we were out in record time.Everyone was happy with a little car to top it off!!Really great experience! The salon was clean, the staff very warm, and the price Id say is average for the salon being in a mall!!You get your certificate and lock of hair, with a lollipop as a treat for mom lol!!!Great atmosphere, keep it up!!

We took our 18 month old for his first haircut and the experience was great! The salon is clean, bright and fun. Even though my toddler threw a bit of a tantrum, Donna handled him with so much patience while we distracted him with bubbles and toys. She did an amazing job and we will definitely be back!

Strongly suggest creating a policy as to when a kid is too upset to continue with a haircut. I went to the Erin Mills location with my daughter and there was a little boy who was just hysterical during his haircut. He was being held down and couldn’t catch his breath. Snot was dripping down his face and out of his mouth. It was quite disturbing for the other kids in the salon, never mind the boy who was likely traumatized by the whole experience. I was shocked the hairdresser just continued to cut his hair, gripping onto his head while he fought to get away. Of course I understand that kids get upset, but this was well beyond upset and the haircut should have stopped. It’s a haircut, not a necessary medical procedure. Maybe tell the parents they’ll need to try again another day.Our actual haircut (2 year old girl) was great, but we won’t be returning as it was a terrible experience to listen to that boy and it really scared my daughter. I hope that kid is ok.Service: Hairstyling

The anarchy when we walked in here lol! Kids losing their minds during their haircuts everywhere. It was my little guys first cut, and I was nervous we were adding one more screaming child and one sobbing mama to the mix, but Yvonne cut his hair so quickly and almost completely without clippers. We were super happy with how well he did, and that she was able to get us in and out in under 15 minutes. This was a 30 minute drive from where we live, but you can bet we will be going back.

Brought both of my sons for a haircut. One is 7 yrs old and one is 3 years old. The hairdressers are friendly and professional. The place was clean. I would recommend booking online before heading there.

We took our son here for his very first haircut, and had a terrible experience. This place has a lot of positive reviews which is why we chose to come here, but we didn’t experience anything positive at all when we were there. Right away, the person cutting his hair was not friendly at all, did not ask us how we wanted his hair cut, or a knowledge or say hi to my son at all. She just started shaving his head, and when he got upset and started crying, she held his head so tightly with her other hand so that he wouldn’t move. My wife and I tried to cheer him up and put on his favourite show to watch on my phone, but it didn’t help, he was crying so hard the whole time, and the person cutting his hair didn’t care at all, she just kept going faster to get the haircut over with as quickly as possible, and just left. The haircut experience was terrible, and the haircut itself was terrible, but we felt so bad for our son that we just wanted to get him out of there. She did not say a thing to my son, my wife or I the entire time. I do not recommend this place at all. Stay away.

I took my 21 months old to melon head for the very first time. My son is usually not the easiest on the chair. However, the inviting ambiance of the salon, and the very friendly Donna kept him at ease almost through out the haircut. She was calm, patient and in control, all the while allowing my son to feel that he was in charge of the situation. Its the very first time that my son let someone complete the haircut (we usually have to finish it off at home ourselves). I highly recommend the salon, and their very inviting, professional staff.Service: Hairstyling
