I recently had my main bathroom renovated by M & D Builders, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I chose to keep the original layout, and the team completely refreshed the space with new fixtures, a modern vanity, a new toilet, a tub/shower combo, updated flooring, improved lighting, and beautiful new wall finishes.
The project started right on schedule and was actually completed earlier than expected, which was a welcome and much‑appreciated surprise. Mike and his crew delivered excellent workmanship throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality truly show in the final result.

We used MD builders on two occasions. First with a full basement reno then the main floor. The project included moving walls, bathrooms, and redoing the kitchen. The quality of workmanship is exceptional. Mike and his crew showed up every day, on time. The site was left, clean and tidy at the end of each day. They worked with us to ensure that at the end of the project we were completely satisfied and happy. Whenever we had issues with timeline due to delays that were not in their control they worked around them. They also worked well with other teams who had to come in. Fantastic job! Great attention to detail. They were right on schedule which we really appreciated as we were renovating our only bathroom! We had communication throughout the project on next steps and to confirm how we wanted things so we knew what was happening. There were a few structural surprises due to how the house was built but we worked it out and the project turns out beautiful!
