Many thanks to Niyati Sukhija PT and Kamal physio aide. Niyati's assessment of my problem was thorough and a treatment plan she prescribed to address my pain was extremely beneficial and effective. She explained the treatment I would receive which was beneficial as I knew what to expect. Kamal was kind,considerate and effecient in carrying out my treatments. After my 5 treatments I was definitely in less pain. The location is convenient with ample parking.

So I have had multiple surgeries and I have been to several physiotherapy places at my young age and I can confidently tell you that your hard-earned money would be better spent anywhere else but at a life mark location because the simple difference is that at other private physiotherapy clinics, you typically will have one physiotherapist spend at least 30 minutes with you one on one while at any life Mark location it is like a circus where there are 7 to 8 people doing exercises with one physiotherapist’s assistant (not even the real physiotherapist usually) who barely cares to even understand what you’re doing that day and you will just be sitting there flexing your leg in the air without a clue what to do, how many repetitions to do, or what your purpose in life is. Please do yourself a favour and do your exercises at home or watch a YouTube video and save yourself some time instead of subjecting yourself to the absolute torture that is the waste of time and watching one person come and see you every 10 minutes to ask you what you have done like you are a kindergarten child who has left to play with their toys.

I have a concern with front desk ladies when I get there for check in. she ask about my insurance. I said, yes I have and she ask credit card as well. I said for what. she said that’s company policy if your insurance doesn’t pay than we charge your card this and that, otherwise you pay full and refund your insurance company I know that getting insurance is a bit of a long process, so she was looking for something easy to do so that she wouldn't have to waste too much time. I have question. if lifemark don’t trust to insurance company than you should change your policy you shouldn’t ask about insurance you should ask about credit card even the appointment booking time. this things make bad impression on the company.I said FD lady my wife visit lifemark 2 weeks ago she didn’t give credit card info but she got service.she just give insurance and you haven’t issue with her insurance you got money from her insurance and rest she pay her debit card right. if lifemark didn’t go through with any worries at my wife time than FD agent shouldn’t reject to give service to myself.which I booked today 8:30 am. its means life mark has not check and balance they give service whenever they want without credit card.Today FD lady don’t know about the customer value her behavior unknowing she saying I didn’t booked you that’s company policy this and that. let’s suppose if you don’t booked me than you should talk with customer politely and show humbleness because you was on duty you are representing the lifemark doesn’t matter who booked me. you know company grow with the good customer and experience FD staff not like today Staff. I don’t know who check in with my wife at the appointment day. that’s a good behavior because this kind of thing develop trust with company and custome.

I had the pleasure to meet my Physiotherapist Sarah Gadala at the Lifemark Meadowvale location, after shoulder surgery to fix a tear in the labrum and shoulder instability (Bankart repair).
My experience was nothing but excellent! Sarah made sure that my rehab was going as planned by my surgeon. My shoulder began to feel better and stronger after every session, slowly but surely regaining full range of motion.
The receptionist ladies were also very professional and helpful in every interaction.
