Booked 6 sessions through Groupon. To give a fair review 5 sessions went fine. When coming to the 6th session made it hard to book online. I tried to book multiple times online and it did not work, tried another device it did not work. Seems like they had blocked my account from the main system and shrugged their shoulders blaming it as a tech issue. My offer would expire and I was told to call in and walk in on a Thursday, now Thursday comes and it was booked, then was told to go the next Thursday. Tana is an expert in her field, understanding the needs of different kinds of skin. Her treatment is based on what the skin needs and she will recommend a treatment that is best suited to your current needs. She lets you know what she is doing and is very personable. I would highly recommend her!

I've been looking for a spa that could not only offer me the rejuvenation I was looking for, but also the expertise and knowledge that comes with a skin care plan. LaserPro MedSpa has been the one place I have found to offer everything I was looking for. The care for their clients are evident as soon as you walk through the door and they take the time to meticulously explain what you can expect. I see the negative reviews and don't believe them for one second as my experience was second to non. If you're considering a proper skin care plan, LaserPro MedSpa is the only place you need.
