I’ve had a really positive experience at this laser clinic. The space is clean, well-organized, and professional, and the staff are knowledgeable and transparent about the process, pricing, and expected results.

Mai who operate the laser for me, is thorough, attentive, and technically skilled. She explains each step before starting, checks in throughout the treatment to make sure you’re comfortable, and adjusts settings carefully based on skin response rather than rushing through the session. Her attention to detail and consistency have made a noticeable difference in my results.

Appointments run on time, the equipment appears modern and well-maintained, and aftercare instructions are clear and practical. Overall, the experience feels professional and well-managed. I would recommend this clinic, especially if you’re able to book with May.

I am extremely disappointed with this place. I was really excited at first to join cause they seemed professional and caring. It’s very hard to get a hold of them. They never answer the phone. I’ve also purchased some laser sessions and have tried to reach out more than once through email/phone, even visiting the clinic more than once to ask them if they could accommodate and extend my sessions given they were expiring soon and I’ve been tossed around. I’ve been trying to reach them since December and no one has been helpful and I’ve lost my sessions. Don’t bother with them. Go find another place that will give you a better value for your money.
