The facial was an intense experience, but she warned me it would be. after years of neglecting my skin, dryness had set in and the pores had grown larger. the combination of serum, scrubs and exfoliation knocked at least 5 years off my face. My wife was stunned to see me, and is already making plans to book annemarie herself. she left me with great advice for skin care moving forward with a suggestion for various products without any over-the-top sles pitch. all and all, a wonderful experience. This place is so charming, it is a comfy and super clean facility. Staff is friendly, welcoming and professional. Thanks to Sofia at the front for her kind service. Thanks to Hitakshi the massage therapist for making my aroma therapy massage experience truly a much needed and relaxing one. Definitely worth the price & time!

I had a great experience for a facial wth Anne-Marie at the spa. She was very professional in assessing my skin and concerns and suggesting a treatment plan that would address what was important to me. Everything was explained to me in detail without pushing for spending dollars on skincare items. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

What a charming place! I had received a way spa gc for my birthday and found this spa on their website. Since the reviews were so so good, I decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed and taken care of. It is a converted house, which was one of the reasons I chose this spa. The decor and details are not the overdone and each room is beautifully done. The staff is friendly, professional and accommodating. My services included waxing, ultimate mani and pedi and seaweed firming wrap. Wow. My aesthetician was Hitakshi, and she was wonderful! She explained the process and steps of each treatment and took her time and care to ensure I was comfortable. Ample parking in the back. Will definitely be going back. Highly recommend!

Anne Marie is exceptional! My skin has never looked better, she really takes her time and makes you feel comfortable. She explained each step of the process, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the treatment. The facial itself was gentle yet effective—my skin felt refreshed, hydrated, and noticeably smoother afterward. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, like the facial massage and the quality of the products used. Nothing felt rushed, and the whole session was very calming. Cant wait to be back!

I received a gift package from La Peau D’or Beauty Wellness Spa called “Me, Myself and I,” which includes a sauna, manicure & pedicure, brow wax, and a 60-minute massage.
My appointment was at 2:15 PM. No one informed me that I needed to arrive early. I arrived at 2:17 PM, and because of that, my sauna session was reduced from 30 minutes to only 15 minutes. When I asked why, I was told it was because I was “late,” which honestly didn’t feel reasonable for a 2-minute delay.
The manicure and pedicure took a very long time, and unfortunately, one of my nails got ruined because I was moved immediately to the brow waxing room without enough time for them to dry. I initially hesitated to have it fixed because I didn’t want it to take away from the massage time the part I was most looking forward to, but Hannah Turner reassured me that it wouldn’t affect the massage duration, so I agreed. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.
However, once I got to the massage room, I was told the massage would only be 35 minutes instead of the 60 minutes included in the package. When I asked why, I was simply told, “I don’t know how time flies.” This was very disappointing, especially considering the package cost around $270. Time management should not come at the expense of the client’s experience.
To be honest, the massage itself was also underwhelming (4/10), which added to the disappointment.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I left feeling genuinely upset. While the spa is clean and the staff are friendly, the level of professionalism and time management needs significant improvement. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Anne Marie she is one of the best I highly recommend her bcuz she explains every single thing about my skin needs also her service is very good I love my skin after my facial I did facial from several spots.but she did amazing job . Also her assistant lady she is very humble and nice . 😊

I absolutely love this spa! It's my first time and I was spoiled! My first treatment was the Ultimate Mani and Pedi! I loved it so much I booked the very next day for the Swedish Massage.
The staff is incredible! Much love to Hitakshi who did my services, Hannah who greeted me with sunshine and the incredible owner Ann!
