J. Electric Inc. responded promptly to our power emergency. Jerry was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. He resolved our problem quickly. We will definitely call him again if we need any other electrical work done.
I had a good experience with them when they installed some wired cameras for me. Out of the contractors I looked up, they were the most responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. They were responsive to my scheduling needs and arrived on time. They explained clearly what they were going to do in detail, were happy to change up any part of the work to meet specific requests about what I wanted, and answered any questions I had about any pros and cons to my choices. I appreciated their attention to detail, and their efforts to make sure I was satisfied with their work.
