My iPhone 7 battery finally died after 8 years. Took it to Joe, and he had me in and out, battery replaced, in about 15 minutes. Honestly, one of the best experiences I've had with customer service in a store in a long, long time. The price was more than reasonable, and Joe was super friendly to deal with. If you have a problem with your device, go to Joe. I'll definitely be back if anything happens to my future devices!
