Outstanding Service from Stephen at INTERSTATE All Battery Center
I stopped by after getting a battery warning light, and Stephen provided exceptional service from start to finish. He looked up the exact make and model of my car, confirmed the correct battery type, and ran full tests on both the battery and the alternator. He was completely honest and told me there was no need to replace the battery, as the readings were excellent. The alternator was also performing well.

Steven and Kevin are top shelf employees. They really went above and beyond and took the time with me to answer any questions I had, honestly the experience was so good today they've earned a customer for life. I own a small business and I'd be very happy to have them be a part of my team. Sadly in thus world stores have started looking at people more like numbers then humans, which results in bad customer service. The customer service I received from Steven and Kevin today you just don't find too much anymore. Thanks guys I appreciate you and look forward to my next battery purchase here!! 10 star's!

If your looking for a new battery, the Interstate All Battery Center is an excellent resource. They have many battery options, including higher-end and more economical new batteries. They also have rebuilt batteries for those on a budget. As with other battery vendors, there is a small core charge unless you bring in your old battery at the time of purchase or within a reasonable amount of time afterwards. Beyond excellent prices, where they really stand out is in their customer service. As any regular consumer, I have had experience with many friendly vendors, but the people at Interstate have by far been the friendliest, polite and helpful vendors I have interacted... read full review
