I sent him an inspiration picture and explained what I wanted changed, he listened carefully, accommodated everything I asked for, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the final design before starting. He explained the entire process clearly at the beginning, was incredibly friendly, and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable throughout the session.
