Sam helped us identify two reasons why our dryer was not working. He helped resolve the power supply issue as well as restore the heat to our dryer.

Worst customer service. I called about my dishwasher, the diagnostic was supposed to be 80$. He didn’t diagnose anything and I wanted to get it fixed so I said to keep looking for the issue, which eventually led to him saying I need to call my plumber to get him to snake the drain. He did not fix anything at all. Charged me over 300$ and said to call back if it still wasn’t working and he would help. Spoiler alert: still isn’t draining. When I called back she said I need a $400 part and there was nothing they could do about the obscene fee he charged me to tell me to call my plumber / not actually fix anything. It’s a brand new dishwasher, the parts are fine he even looked at everything when he was here and said things looked perfect aside from the drain tube. The woman on the customer service line as also super unhelpful and just gaslit me the entire time. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

i had a lg washer turning off on cycles with growling sound sam showed up on given time change the washer drain pump took 2 hours of hard work. changed it with original lg parts give me warranty of 3 month parts and labor sam knows how to work with old appliances 5 star work experience.....
will call him again good communication good technical know how charged accordingly but wouldn't leave u disappointed...

I contacted Sam at Honest Appliance Repair in regards to my tumble dryer after it had stopped working. I was delighted by his promptness in scheduling and in the repair of my machine. He was very friendly, informative, and my machine was fixed before I knew it. I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to Sam again should I require any dryer/refrigerating inquiries or repair services. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks again Sam!
