Working with Mike and the Home Air Systems team has been great. We've had recurring issues with a hot water heater (inconsistent temperatures) and they've been responsive throughout the entire process. At first, it was our hot water controller that failed and then it was our mixing valve. But Mike and the team didn't overcharge to replace the pieces that failed outside of warranty and were transparent about replacement parts and the services required to fix them. Finally, the team takes great care to keep your place as clean as possible while they're working on-site. They've been great - I highly recommend
Wow, overall what a great experience. Knowledgeable, professional, considerate and just....nice people! I hate spending money but from the assessment, to quotes on repair or replacement, it almost seemed too smooth. Sometimes things aren't too good to be true. Thank you. I unequivocally recommend Home Air Systems! They not only installed my new air conditioner, they corrected errors made by the company that installed my last AC! Mike Trigiani is a man of integrity, conscientious, reliable, knowledgeable, responds quickly to any problem….a true gem!
