“There are so many companies doing roofing and you need to ask the right question's. However from the start dealing with Wally he answered questions before I even asked him. You could see he takes pride in what his business is selling. We have just begun installation and will update the review as it progresses. Today as it was the first day right away we were introduced to the Site chief Constantine, he was professional and asked if we could let the neighbours know before they started. I can tell he and his guys care and they were neat putting all the shingles in one area. As we have recently seen other neighbours install their roofs so far this has been great and hopefully the neighbours can appreciate how professional Monarchy Roofing is. I appreciate Kevin is reviewing all the work from the office and reviewing all the work that is being done as they progress.
Vlad was our main installer, the guy has great attention to detail, even the small things every night making sure the front yard and driveway our clean.. if anything falls into the neighbours property asking to go there and clean it up. He found a few issues in our Chimney area, fixed it for us so they can continue with their install. This type of trust is needed and appreciated.“
