Fees continually go up a lot. Almost double in the last year + Sadly parking is an issue .. 2 hours only ( not salon control) the new policies are quite punitive. If I was ever 10 min late it was likely to find parking and I would omit the blow dry .. $50 charge? Quite excessive , many salons in Thorold to go to.you’re not that special .. I’d rethink that one

I am not surprised that all the great reviews are for Vanessa. Unfortunately, I went to Pauline yesterday and I have never had such a horrible experience!! She missed so much of my grey hair that I will have to go somewhere else to have it fixed! I did go back to see her to giver a chance to redo it but she actually said that she does not see the grey! Then she said that perhaps my hair has become resistant?! I will never go back to her again! I may try Vanessa though after reading her very high reviews

Hello I believe first impression is very important .. last week while I was crossing the street after my visit to another hair salon ( where I am a regular) I thought let me check with these guys ..(my mistake) . The moment I opened the door and went inside with a smile and a big hi .. I was welcomed and acknowledged with a frown and that too after a few minutes.. ( the store wasn’t busy at all) . I am never going to this hair Salon again. Very unprofessional and rude gesture.

I have been taking my daughter to this salon for a couple of years and has always been a great experience. So, I decided to try it myself ( my hairdresser moved away and wanted to find someone locally) and I love my haircut.
