The work was done well, everything was left clean, and they took the time to explain the options without any pressure. Communication was solid throughout and they were quick to respond.

Highly recommend Galaxy Plumbing. Our issue was a completely backed up (not draining) kitchen sink, making any use of the sink and dishwasher impossible. We contacted Galaxy and left a request via their AI assistant. Shortly after received a follow up call (from Renae) and provided details of the issue. An initial quote was quickly provided, obviously subject to evaluation when onsite. Galaxy managed to arrange for one of their staff to come by same day. The tech (Nicholas) was very pleasant, and identified a significant issue with the undersink plumbing right away. Correcting this was the first step.
