I have been going to Focus Physiotherapy for the last month to remedy shoulder and arm pain. Richard was thorough in explaining what my problem was and how we can improve it. Over the last weeks of physio, my arm and shoulder are pain free. The staff at the clinic are all very friendly, professional and helpful. I will continue to do the exercises specific to my injury and am going to continue with these as they do help my shoulder significantly!
